More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different areas of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
