This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was detained for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women were robbed of their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was one of the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
